I have found deep value in developing a yoga and self care practice and am compelled to share movement and massage with my community. With hundreds of hours of training in diverse disciplines and an ever evolving learning practice of my own, I am excited to show you how intuitive, playful and empowering yoga can be. Whether you’re brand new to it or have an advanced practice of your own, I’ll work with you to explore mobility, strength and a close connection to your breath as we deep dive into movement for vibrancy and better health.

My massage therapy offering is designed to connect you to a powerful sense of quiet rest and that all elusive feeling of truly letting go of the day. Using quality essential oils and a combination of touch techniques, I’ll guide you towards warm, calming comfort and help to ease your muscles in to a deep state of recovery. Support and soothe your body:mind and begin to find your way back to your whole rested self.

  • Absolutely, I love introducing new people to their yoga practice. I'll work with you to find a way to make yoga work for your body wherever it is at, not the other way around!

  • I have a cosy, fully equipped massage space where we'll have total privacy to talk through the process of relaxing into your massage, if you have any allergies or sensitive skin - let me know in advance and I'll prepare the most appropriate oils.

  • I have a private studio space in Ashley Cross, Poole - it’s perfect for private 1:1 appointments or small group yoga classes.

  • Yes, you can find me sharing the following classes at Healing Haven in Poole each week

    • Open Level Vinyasa Yoga, 10:00 on Mondays.

    • Slow Flow Yoga, 10:00 on Sundays

    I’m also regularly at Su Studio in Canford Cliffs for the following classes

    • Vinyasa Yoga Level 2, 09:15 on Tuesdays.

    • Gentle Yoga, 12:30 on Tuesdays
